You will need to have either your tracking number or both your order number and email, otherwise you will be unable to check on the status of your order.
What is the average shipping time for orders?
Our standard shipping is USPS which is typically 7-14 business days from the date the order was placed.
If you choose "FedEx Priority" your order should arrive in 7-10 business days.
"FedEx Express" will deliver your books in just 2 business days!
What is PD&IC's return policy?
Items ordered directly from Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream may be returned to us within 30 days of the original order date.

What if my product arrives damaged/something is missing?
We believe in maintaining reliable quality with our products. If there's any issue with your order please email customer service at here with your order number and a description of the damaged, missing or incorrect items and you will be instructed on how to proceed.
