  • How do I track my order?

    You can track the status of your order by going to the PD&IC Order Tracking Page.

    You will need to have either your tracking number or both your order number and email, otherwise you will be unable to check on the status of your order.

  • What is the average shipping time for orders?

    Our standard shipping is USPS which is typically 7-14 business days from the date the order was placed. 


    If you choose "FedEx Priority" your order should arrive in 7-10 business days. 

    "FedEx Express" will deliver your books in just 2 business days!

  • What is PD&IC's return policy?

    Items ordered directly from Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream may be returned to us within 30 days of the original order date.

    Yes! You can submit your story/book via our Author Submission Form.
