What is the average shipping time for orders?

We ship with UPS which is typically 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed.

If you chose "Expedited Shipping" your order should arrive in 3-5 days.

Items ordered directly from Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream may be returned to us within 30 days of the original order date.

A full refund of the purchase price will be issued as a store credit which can be used for any of the items in our store. Your credit will be issued the Monday following our receipt of the returned items.
